What's missing
Victoria publishes its rental report about a year late, under terms that aren't yet clear for a commercial site like this one. We've asked Homes Victoria. Western Australia, the ACT and the Northern Territory don't publish rental bond figures. For those places we show the 2021 Census median instead, with its year on it.
We don't use commercial rental listings or asking rents.
